How does Femi-Yin™  works

Femi-Yin™ Symptom Relief is a holistic whole herb formula that can help provide relief of various symptoms women can experience due to hormonal changes before, during and after menopause.   Most women begin to experience symptoms from hormonal changes in their 40s, and some as early as their 30s prior to menopause.  The process of menopause is a gradual process, and the transition period is called peri-menopause.  On average, women experience symptoms for 7 years such as hot flashes, night sweats, irritability, mood swings, sleeplessness, fatigue, loss of libido, vaginal dryness, and more.  Menopause is defined as the ceasing of menstruation for at least a year. The average age of menopause is 51 years old, but may occur as early as the 30s or as late as the 60s.  The holistic formula in Femi-Yin™ Symptom Relief helps relieve many of the symptoms by helping maintain normal balance of female hormones i.e., serum estrogen level with a lowering of the high FSH (follicular stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone), plus helps keep hot flashes and night sweats at bay with specific cooling herbs.  Our formula is also considered a kidney tonic in traditional herbal medicine.  As we age, kidney yin energy slowly get depleted.  This formula replenishes yin to support a healthy aging process.

What's Inside

Each pill contains 700 mg. of whole herbs.  The recommended dosage of 2 pills per day contains a total of 1400 mg of the following herbs:

Rehmannia:  An adrenal tonic, used to ‘cool down internal heat’, nourish blood, assist the heart and liver. 

Asiatic Dogwood:  Tonifies the kidneys, and used to stop sweating and reduce hot flashes.

Chinese Yam:  Promotes longevity.  Used for soothing mood and regulating sleep.

Tree Peony Bark:  Cools the blood and clears heat in the liver.  Used for tranquility and cooling.

Polyporus:  Strengthens digestion and regulates vital fluids.  Used for soothing nerves.

Alisma:  Clears heat from the kidneys and drains moisture.

PLUS

Anemarrhena and Phellodendron Bark:  Cooling herbs that reduce and clear heat.

***Does not contain estrogen, black cohosh or soy.

How to take Femi-Yin™

Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening.  You can take up to 4 capsules per day, depending on the severity of your symptoms.  

Can be taken either on an empty stomach or with light food.  Most women notice a decrease in hot flashes and night sweats within a week, and up to 3 - 6 weeks for other symptoms to subside.  Our herbal supplements may be used all year long with a 1 week break every 3 months for optimal efficacy.

Not recommended if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.  Consult with your health care practitioner before taking any dietary supplement.  Herbal formulas work in synergy with the body, so allow a few months for optimal effects.  Individual results may vary.
